Resourcing People is partnered with an early-stage SaaS startup providing solutions to an industry which is long overdue its digitalisation. They provide a white-label, eCommerce solution to their clients enabling them to automate some of their data-intensive, repetive work and establish a great online customer experience for the end clients. Alongside this my client is also pioneering the way in which companies in this industry share data through a bespoke pricing engine. In order to further progress they are now looking to add some more software engineers to their international team. Developers can be based 100% remote as long as they can work on CET. The client can also offer visa support if candidates wish to relocate to Germany (or Denmark/Netherlands). 

Key skills and experience for the role: 

- Fluent with Ruby on Rails
- Fully conversant with TDD and test as standard, not just when you have time
- Knowledge of SQL and Postgres

Bonus skills and experience: 

- Any knowledge of modern DevOps practices (K8s, Terraform, AWS)
- Any knowledge of Geospatial queries (PostGIS)
- Familiar with Elastic Search
