If you refer a friend or colleague to Resourcing People, we'll give you up to €500 when we place them in a permanent position*.

You can refer someone in two ways:

• Give us their name and the number we can call them on.
• Get them to call us and mention your name.

* Terms and conditions The candidate must tell us that they are a referral and give us the name of the person who referred them before they register with Resourcing People.

For you to qualify for the referral fee, your referral must be placed by Resourcing People in a permanent position and stay with the company throughout their probationary period.

The referral fee will not be paid before the client has paid the full invoice for the candidate.
